When it comes to premium Oregon hops, we aim to be a brewer's best friend.

As one of the largest and most diverse hop growers in Oregon, we produce millions of pounds of high-quality hops each year across a dozen distinct varieties. Our hops are grown across four farms in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

We are excited about what we can continue to create together: some of the highest quality beers in the world. From the energy of fresh hop season to the reliable year-round availability of Coleman-grown hops through our partners, we are here to help bring great beer to life.

Our team is committed to aligning our values with those of our partners. We believe great craft beer starts in the field and is strengthened through collaboration between our experienced hop team, passionate brewers, scientists, researchers, and innovative partners. We Proudly Grow Hops For…

As one of the original hop farming families in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, the Coleman family is  proud to be a Yakima Chief Hops owner-grower. Rooted in centuries of farming, Yakima Chief firmly believes that quality hops begin in the field and we appreciate their collaborative approach to meeting the needs of the world’s brewers.

In addition to being Salmon-Safe, our Yakima Chief Hops varieties (Citra®, Mosaic® and Simcoe®) are farmed to the standards of their Green Chief Program.

Innovative hop cultivars are what really moves the needle at Indie Hops, and the Coleman family is proud to be growing along with them as they introduced Oregon-grown Strata®, Meridian®, Lórien®, Luminosa® and in 2023, Audacia® hops to the world.

The hops that we grow for Indie are certified Salmon-Safe. It’s vital to us that we protect Pacific Northwest rivers and wildlife. We are proud that both our Alluvial and GreenLeaf Farms are 100% certified Salmon Safe.
